2. Uploading images

a. To upload browse your local filing system or upload from a camera or cd.
b. Supported formats .jpgs .png .gif no larger than 4mb
c. Sizes, ideally around 1mb and 1200 pixels largest dimension, larger images will upload but may take a while and cause juddery navigation.
d. Images are uploaded one at a time.
e. When the eye line option is checked this will automatically place all the artworks centered at 1600mm high.

Editing and deleting images

a. To remove an image from the wall simply drag it off.
b. Use the delete button to delete.
c. Use the “I” icon to add text information about the artwork.

4. Finalising your order

After your exhibition is finalised you can still change and move artworks but you cannot change the gallery, the exhibition title, the Information or the Artists name.

You can mark an artwork as "sold" via the My Account/ My Artworks.

5. Making your payment

 You are able to preview your exhibition in 3d with full functionality except publishing to the world wide web before being asked to pay. When you have finalised your exhibition you will be guided through our simple and secure payment process.

Are you really done? You're about to finalise your Exhibition. Now's a great time to go back and make sure you've entered all the information we need.

• Your contact details
• Your artworks are in the right places
• The details for each artwork are correct

• After finalising your exhibition you can still change and move your artworks.
• You cannot change the gallery, exhibition title, the artists name or information.
• An artwork can be marked as sold from your My Account/ My Artworks page.

Your exhibition has now been finalised! However you can still change and move artworks for a month. You cannot change the gallery, the exhibition title, the artists name or the Information. Artwork can be marked as "sold" for the entire first year of the exhibition.
